Ramp-up of resources

With lot of increase in customer demand for smartphone software related services, we are recruiting engineers with Linux, Symbian and Java background. For the first phase the focus will be on recruiting in Finland, India, Russia China and USA.

Finland

In Finland we are looking for senior engineers that can work as our Finland front-end in Linux projects, mainly in Maemo. Recruitment will be focused on software development skills and is expected to be ongoing until the end of this year.

India

For India, recruitment will aim to cover demands in the areas of Symbian S60, Android, TAT and open source components GTK, G streamer and WRT as well as in the area of Multimedia.

Russia

Responding to new customer demands, Teleca Russia has kicked off a recruiting campaign to attract software developers for new interesting projects. Some of the new projects are new, not only to Teleca Russia, but also for the local IT market. We are looking for junior engineers as well as engineers at expert level with experience in Linux, Android, Brew, QT, Maemo and MAC. We are looking forward to hearing from junior candidates as well as experts in the mentioned fields.

China

In China, we are currently recruiting engineers with experience from Mobile and Wireless industry, in S60/Symbian, S40, Android and J2ME area. We are looking for software developers as well as test engineers and expect we will continue to grow our operation in Chengdu as well as Beijing during 2010. We welcome your application as soon as possible.

USA

USA world class operations and execution capability, both on-site and off-shore is rapidly expanding. We are looking to hire more than 50 new colleagues over the next 6 months.  We make a difference in our delivery. Our current talent need consists of Software and Test Engineers experienced in Linux, Android, Maemo, QT, Symbian, and J2ME.
